Zyxel established its Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee as the highest governing body for its sustainability efforts. The ESG committee includes representatives from every related department and operates under its associated principles to oversee the CSR issues within the Group.

Zyxel believes it takes a joint effort among all stakeholders to develop a sustainable supply chain. It requires global suppliers to comply with the Zyxel Supplier Code of Conduct, including code compliance, risk assessment, audit participation, and conflict minerals disclosure.

Zyxel and its suppliers comply with the latest environmental policies and directives to develop non-toxic, easy to assemble/disassemble, and long lifespan products and continue developing environment-friendly, energy-efficient products with the goal of minimizing negative environmental impacts.
