Terms & Conditions

Event Duration and Enrolment

From June 1st, 2023 – June 30th, 2023 (UTC + 7), participants (“You, “Your”, as applicable) may enroll in the Zyxel & MSI “Upgrade to Lightning-fast 2.5G” promotion (“Event”) – while supplies last. To enter, you must complete the following steps: Purchase one (1) or more eligible Zyxel/MSI product(s) from participating Zyxel or MSI partners in Thailand. You may purchase or register more than one (1) eligible product to receive more incentives while supplies last. Specific regional conditions apply:

  • Register your eligible product by filling out the application form provided via https://forms.gle/rRwkXHEMLuvNMFk36. If you are awarded TrueMoney E-pins, you will need to sign up for a TrueMoney Member account at https://www.truemoney.com/.
  • Provide a copy of Your proof of purchase for Zyxel/MSI verification. Documentation must show the product model name label, invoice date, and shop/vendor name. The invoice date must be between June 1st, 2023 –June 30th, 2023 (UTC + 7).
  • Agree to the Event Terms and Conditions to complete product registration and await Zyxel/MSI review. If Zyxel/MSI determines you meet all eligibility criteria, the redemption item(s) (see below) will be sent to your delivery address or email address. Verification may take up to 30 business days.
  • Each eligible product only grants one (1) redemption. Redemption must be made in the country where the eligible product was purchased. Cross-region and/or country redemption(s) shall be strictly prohibited.
Redemption item:
  • One (1) T-shirt per piece of the eligible product (MSI B760 series)
  • One (1) copy of True point (value 300 Baht) per piece of the eligible product (MG-105/108).
  • One (1) T-shirt & one (1) copy of True point (value 1000 Baht) per bundle of any one product of the MSI B760 series with Zyxel MG-105 or MG-108.

Limited quantities apply. If all redemption items have been awarded, the Event will automatically end.

MSI/Zyxel reserves the right to redeem 1 free gift per customer, a limited 1 MSI T-shirt, and TrueMoney worth THB 1,000.

Eligible Zyxel/MSI products:

Zyxel MG-105, MG-108 switch, MSI brand B760 series mainboard.

GENERAL TERM
  • The event is open to legal residents of all countries worldwide aged 16 and over (at the time of entry) from June 1st, 2023 – June 30th, 2023. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of Zyxel Networks Ltd (including any group companies) are not eligible to enter.
  • No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete, or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the event – entries sent through third parties, agencies, or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.
  • The participants will receive the gifts. The gifts are not replaceable by money and the promoter does not endorse any gift supplied by a third party nor does it endorse any third-party supplier.
  • Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries that are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  • The free gift is subject to change, in this case, we reserve the right to provide a substitute gift of similar value without further notice. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a gift is the responsibility of the winner. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Any omission to exercise or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the promoter of that, or any other, right or remedy.
  • The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the free gifts at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
  • The promoter of the gift is solely responsible for the delivery and quality of the free gift, and its maximum aggregate liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the gift.
  • If you participate in this event, it signifies your consent to the collection of all personal data. The sole purpose of collecting all personal data is for utilization in marketing activities and will not be used for any other purposes.
