ZyXEL Announces Availability of NSA-2401, Advanced Network Storage Appliance for Small Businesses

With storage capacity of up to 6TB (Terabyte), dual GbE LANs, and snapshot backup solutions, the NSA-2401 delivers high performance, high availability, and expandability of enterprise-class solutions at an affordable cost for small businesses. 

Equipped with four hot, swappable disk trays and hot spare for RAID (redundant array of independent disks) 1 and 5, the ZyXEL NSA-2401 is the industry's first four bay Network Storage Appliance for 6TB storage capacity. Data protection is particularly important should a disk fail or when data corruption occurs. The robust NSA-2401 supports RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 to provide solid data protection against disk failure. To ensure high data storage availability, the equipment also features dual redundant Gigabit Lan ports and an optional UPS device to offer an integrated power monitoring solution to secure businesses' valuable data.

IT staffs no longer need to spend extensive time and resources to back up terabytes of data. NSA-2401 enterprise-class snapshot backup technology enables small business users to access previous versions of files anytime they need and simply copy the previous versions from snapshot folders. Platform-independent management via an intuitive, fully featured browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) is exclusively designed for SB, with limited IT support. Any unskilled user can successfully install and maintain the NSA-2401.
