“Rikki tullessaan” (DOA) Zyxel will treat all defects covered by our warranty policy as DOA. within 30 days after purchasing the product from an official dealer.

When customer chooses to contact Zyxel RMA department, Zyxel will process the claim under the standard warranty conditions. DOA must be claimed at the reseller/distributor where the product was purchased. The customer is responsible for returning the unit to the reseller/distributor. All DOA claims must be returned with all accessories and packing for the claim to be valid. DOA claims sent directly to Zyxel will be treated as regular RMA. A product is considered DOA if the product is not working correctly e.g. doesn’t power up or is non-functional. A DOA claim can NOT be made on product features. Zyxel test all products received as DOA and reserves the right to charge a technician fee if the product is found to be without fault.
Vaihtotakuu (BSS) Zyxel provides swap service for all Business products covered by 5 years or Lifetime warranty. Valid the first 2 years, the continued warranty for the rest of the period will be handled as standard RMA. To see whether your product is covered please view the list of Business products above.

3 kuukauden ilmainen puhelintuki

Zyxel tarjoaa maksuttoman käyttöönottotuen loppukäyttäjille. Tämän ulkopuolella oleva tuki, sekä 3 kuukauden jälkeinen tuki on maksullinen.

Mitä kuuluu Käyttöönotto -tukeen?

  • Laitteiston kytkentä
    Zyxelin antaa tukea, jotta laitteiston internet- ja tietokoneyhteys saadaan kytkettyä.
  • Web hallinnan käyttö (Web Configurator)
    Zyxelin tuki neuvoo, miten luodaan yhteys Zyxel laitteeseen web-hallinnan avulla. Tämä sisältää IP -osoitteen määrittelyn verkossa olevaan tietokoneeseen, joko kiinteälle tai dynaamiselle IP -osoitteelle tuotteesta riippuen. Kaikki konfiguroinnit Zyxel tuotteessa tehdään hallintaohjelmalla, joka on helppo käyttää graafisen käyttöliittymänsä ansiosta.
  • Zyxel tuotteen konfigurointi Wizard-apuohjelman avulla
    Web konfiguraattorin rajapinta on jaettu kahteen osioon; Wizard osioon sekä edistykselliseen osioon. Tuki auttaa konfiguroimaan Zyxel tuotetta seuraavien osioiden osalta; Wizard; kaikki vakiokonfiguraatiot internet yhteyden osalta, pääsystä paikallisverkkoon (LAN), Langattomaan verkkoon (WLAN), sekä VoIP:in osalta. Kun Wizard on käyty läpi Zyxel tuoteella on oikea konfiguraatio asennettu, jolloin kaikki olennaiset toiminteet löytyvät tuotteesta
  • Langattoman laitteen konfigurointi PC:lle
    Zyxelin tuki auttaa kytkemään yhden tietokoneen Zyxel tuotteeseen sen mukaan miten Wizard järjestely on tehty.

Mitä ei kuulu Käyttöönotto -tukeen:

  • Edistyksellinen konfiguraatio Web konfiguraattoriin
    Zyxel tukeen ei kuulu edistyksellinen konfiguraatio pitkälle edenneessä osiossa Web konfiguraatio rajapinnassa. Kaikissa edistyksellisissä konfiguraatioineissa asiakas ohjataan käyttämään käyttöohjetta tai ohjeisiin jotka löytyvät Zyxel web sivuilla.
  • Edistyksellinen kofiguraatio Zyxel tuotteeseen
    Zyxel tukeen ei kuulu edistyksellinen konfiguraatio Zyxel tuotteeseen. Edistyksellinen konfiguraatio sisältää esimerkiksi:
    Palomuurin konfiguraatio, sisällön suodatin, kaistan hallinta ja porttiohjaukset*.
