The Partner Portal is one of the most important elements of the Zyxel Partner Programme. It’s through these dedicated web pages that our reseller partners get most of the information they need about the technical and business support, training and other resources we make available – as well as our programmes, latest products, promotions and incentives.

Every partner has different needs of course – and as new technologies, products and opportunities come along, those needs are always changing. While it’s important to keep the Partner Portal updated, it is also a good idea to take a fresh look at the content and design every now and then.

That’s why, as part of our recent review of the site, we worked with CRN to ask resellers what they value most on a vendor Partner Portal.

Great feedback

We got some great feedback and we have now re-modelled our portal to meet those needs. Top of the list was technical support information, access to regional account managers, and access to training.

All of these resources are available in abundance to Zyxel Partners. We offer extensive pre- and post-sales support, so whether you are spec’ing-out a project or need to call on the expertise of an experienced hand, we can help. As a Zyxel Partner, you will have access to priority support, so your tickets will always go to the top of the list.

Our local, in-country and regional account managers can support you on every aspect of the sales process – from deal registration through to providing demo equipment and special bids. As a Zyxel Partner, you also get exclusive access to training materials, webinars and events.

Focused on your needs

We have provided even more information on each of these key areas and made them even more visible and accessible on the updated portal. We have redesigned the pages to make them easier to navigate and read and added more content on the subjects that matter most to you.

The result is a Partner Portal that is entirely focused on meeting your needs and helping you to succeed. You should now find it easier to find your way around and get the information you want.

The new Zyxel Partner Portal will be up and running on from 1 July 2019. We very much hope that you enjoy using it and find its new clean and uncluttered look, easier to use.
