Are you enjoying working outside while the weather is good?

Over the summer, parts of Europe have experienced a sustained period of warm weather and for those of us who are able to work at home, that has sent us outdoors with our laptops. But while it’s great to be working in open air for a change, it can also come with some challenges when it comes to WiFi performance.

In most households the WiFi router will be older than the laptops, smartphones and tablets that are being used around the house for home working, for school homework, and for gaming and the streaming of TV channels.

It is quite probable that, while these devices will be capable of running WiFi 6 or WiFi 7, the router will only have WiFi 5 or even WiFi 4. If this is the case, it’s well worth upgrading to get the extra speed, reliability and reach that the latest technologies will give you.

That way, when you are working in the garden, or elsewhere in the home, you’ll get a much better experience and you can work happily outdoors while the sun shines.
