Native integration connects USG FLEX H series firewalls with Bitdefender GravityZone, giving businesses and MSPs clearer visibility across their security environment

HSINCHU, Taiwan, October 27, 2026—Zyxel Networks, a leader in delivering secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, today announced a partnership with Bitdefender that brings network and endpoint security together through native integration between Zyxel Networks’ USG FLEX H series firewalls and Bitdefender GravityZone. The integration gives network admins a clear view of their security stack in one place, reducing security silos and helping them make faster, more informed security decisions.

For businesses with lean IT and security teams, protecting the network and its endpoints can mean switching between separate systems every day. Expired licenses, outdated devices and gaps in protection can be easy to miss until they cause disruption or expose the business to attack.

The integration combines Zyxel Networks’ network security expertise with Bitdefender’s proven endpoint security capabilities, giving businesses access to complementary protection from two established security specialists. It provides businesses and managed service providers (MSPs) a simpler way to manage these risks, without custom API integration or additional integration tools.

Making security easier to manage from one dashboard

The integration reduces the need for admins to move between separate systems for day-to-day security management.

  • Native integration without custom development: USG FLEX H firewalls connect directly with Bitdefender GravityZone out of the box. No custom API integration, extra software or engineering resources are required to connect the two platforms.
  • Free trial: Admins can register a Bitdefender account and activate a free trial directly from the firewall in a few clicks.

Turning hidden endpoint risks into visible insights

The firewall dashboard also provides admins with a clearer picture of endpoint status across the network.

  • Endpoint visibility in one place: Admins can view endpoint categories, operating system versions and license status from the firewall dashboard. This makes it easier to identify risks such as expired licenses or outdated OS versions before they become security problems.
  • Proven endpoint protection: Bitdefender has maintained a protection rate of 99.8% or higher across the past seven AV-Comparatives Real-World Protection Tests. In its 2026 testing, GravityZone recorded the fewest compromised systems while maintaining among the lowest false-positive counts.

Building a more connected defence workflow

Zyxel Networks and Bitdefender plan to extend the integration further in 2027, with capabilities including endpoint risk scores, predefined actions, and endpoint threat intelligence sharing through the Zyxel Security Distribution Network (ZSDN) to help strengthen protection for Zyxel firewalls globally.
