Zyxel Helps Turkish College Build Next-generation Smart Campus

Aiming to build a “digital campus” to further increase its teaching quality and operational efficiency, Gaziantep Değer College insisted on a strong wireless network to provide easier connections for its online education system, central switchboards, facial recognition system, thermal cameras, and card entry system. The school also wanted the new network to ensure uninterrupted connections and centralized management. Zyxel’s XS3800 and XGS1930 Series switches were installed to provide the backbone of the network. ZON Utility unified installation and management, requiring only a few clicks for network devices to be discovered, monitored, and managed. Meanwhile, NWA1123-ACv2 and NWA1123-AC PRO 802.11ac access points were deployed. Supporting gigabit speeds and MIMO technology, the APs ensure fast and smooth internet connections. And those devices can be managed via Nebula Control Center which, with its user-friendly web-based interface, makes it a cinch to manage multiple devices on a network. It also provides easy access to Nebula devices at all times and real-time cloud-based configuration.
