ZyXEL Unveils myZyXEL.com Product and Service Platform for Centralized Value-added Services and Non-gap Communications

The platform features a configurable Web-based interface as the personalized portal for ZyXEL customers to register their purchase, activate services, obtain upgrades and learn about relevant product information. To customers, myZyXEL.com represents the most convenient and effective way to manage their ZyXEL deployments through single ID and password, and enjoy the latest value-added services and license upgrade.

On myZyXEL.com, customer can set up personal username and password for personalized Web pages, and register new products centrally within a single user profile to simplify the process, instead of registering separately. Working in conjunction with ZyXEL's download library, myZyXEL.com can generate a comprehensive list of related product information, including news, manuals, support notes, and the latest firmware releases.

Based on the products registered, myZyXEL.com provides an "applicable service list" for users to manage or upgrade their ZyXEL assets, and value-added services can be activated through the Web site as well. The premier myZyXEL.com services are "ZyXEL ZyWALL Content Filtering activation" and "Vantage CNM license upgrade/managed nodes increase"; with the purchase of ZyXEL iCard (Contet Filtering service card) or license key, users can activate content filtering services or increase the number of managed equipment respectively through myZyXEL.com.
