ZyXEL ES-3124PWR comes in a 19-inch, 1U-height chassis-mount design; featuring 24 standard 10/100BASE-Tx PoE ports and up to four GbE uplink ports: two 1000Mbps RJ-45 ports and two dual-personality GbE interfaces (1000Mbps RJ-45 ports or SFP open slots) capable of 12.8Gbps non-blocking switching speed, as well as L2+ switching throughput at full line rate.

What make ZyXEL ES-3124PWR stands out from the PoE switch crowd are remote power monitoring and intelligent traffic management features. To modern multimedia applications like IP camera and IP phone, the robust traffic control feature of ES-3124PWR offers state-of-the-art performance and quality of service (QoS).

For even higher availability and reliability, the ES-3124PWR can be paired with ZyXEL BPS-120 Power Backup that supports dual power supply to minimize system outages caused by single power failures.

ZyXEL ES-3124PWR supports the ZyXEL-exclusive iStacking(tm) intelligent management which automatically locates other iStacking-capable ZyXEL switches, and controls up to 24 such switches with one single IP. Administrators can freely choose from Web and Telnet management interfaces, and activate SSHv1/v2 or SSL/TLS encryption for safe connections.
