Zyxel Networks and The Chase Films win big at Prolific North Creative Awards
‘Zero to IT hero – a tale of two offices’ named Best Video/Film/Ad
Zyxel Networks, in collaboration with production partner The Chase Films, is proud to announce their win at the Prolific North Creative Awards 2025, taking home the Best Video/Film/Ad award for the campaign ‘Zero to IT hero – a tale of two offices’.
Held last night at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester, UK, the annual awards celebrate the best creative work across the North of the UK – spanning advertising, digital, video and more. Hosted by TV presenter Jenny Powell, the evening brought together some of the brightest talent in the industry. From eye-catching brand campaigns to impactful social initiatives, this year’s winners truly showed the strength of the region’s creative scene.
The winning video puts the spotlight on Zyxel Networks’ Nebula cloud-managed networking platform, by telling the story of two very different office experiences – one with Zyxel Networks, and one without. It’s a light-hearted look at how Nebula makes IT management smooth and stress-free, and what happens when you don’t have the right tools in place.
Kevin Drinkall, Senior Marketing Director EMEA at Zyxel Networks, said: “One of the biggest challenges we tackled in the campaign was balancing technical details with engaging, relatable content. Partnering with The Chase Films, we got exactly what we were hoping for! The actors’ incredible performances brought our ideas to life, capturing the ease of using Zyxel Networks – and the stress of going without – perfectly.”
Alexander Roberts, Producer at The Chase Films, added: “This was such a fun project to be part of. Zyxel Networks had a clear vision – they wanted to make IT management entertaining and easy to understand. From scripting to filming, the whole collaboration was seamless. We’re so proud of the finished piece and absolutely delighted it’s been recognised with this award.”

The video strikes a balance between technical messaging and creative storytelling, helping Zyxel Networks connect with businesses in a way that’s both engaging and meaningful.
