Zyxelは、購入日から特定の期間（保証期間）の間、製品に材料または加工上の欠陥がないことを、元のエンドユーザー（Amazon Japanから購入）に対して1年間の保証を提供しています。詳細については、保証ポリシーをクリックしてください。

Zyxel offers a 1-year warranty to the original end-user (purchase from Amazon Japan) that the product is free from any material or workmanship defects for a specific period (the Warranty Period) from the date of purchase. Please click Warranty Policy for more detail.

Zyxelは、発行のガイドラインに従った通常使用時における材質および製造上の瑕疵に対し、保証をします。保証サービスには、購入証明書と完全なシリアル番号が必要です。製品が保証期間内に正常かつ適切な使用中に故障した場合、Zyxelは欠陥のある部品または製品を、元の製品と同等またはそれ以上の新品または改造された部品または製品に修理または交換します。

Zyxelは、お客様の保証の範囲内でお客様が提供した返品場所への送料を含む技術的修理のためのすべての費用を負担しますが、お客様から返品承認（RMA）の回収ポイントへの送料は負担しません。

Zyxelがパーツまたは製品を交換した場合、交換した製品は元の製品の残りの保証期間の対象となります。

製品を別のエンドユーザーに再販売しても、保証期間は更新されません。保証期間外の製品については、Zyxel が RMA 製品を取り扱う独自の裁量権を持ちます。当社の代理店に直接お問い合わせください。

本保証の対象外となるもの
Zyxelの保証は、通常の使用時の保証期間中のハードウェア部分と、日本国内にいるユーザーのみに適用されます。ソフトウェア、アクセサリ、またはお客様による損害または状況には適用されません。

RMA サービスを請求する手順: RMAサービスを依頼するには、返品承認番号（「RMA」）を発行するZyxelの担当者にお問い合わせください。

  1. 添付のExcelファイルを使用してフォームに記入してください。ファイルに必要な情報を挿入するように求められます。
  1. RMA番号を取得するには、完成したend_user_mode_rma.xlsファイルと購入日の証明をrma@zyxel.jp に送ってください。
  1. 欠陥のあるデバイスは、RMA 番号が有効になった日から 1 か月以内に Zyxel RMA コレクションポイントに持っていく必要があります。期限切れの RMA 番号は、システムによって自動的に閉じられます。それでも RMA サービスが必要な場合は、お客様は RMA サービスの新しい RMA 番号を再発行する必要があります。
  1. RMA ユニットは、パッケージの外側に RMA 番号を付けて送信する必要があります。 RMA製品以外は出荷しないでください。付属品をすべて取り外してください。Zyxelは、そのようなアイテムの紛失、破損、破壊について一切の責任を負いません。
  1. 故障が修理できない場合は、交換品を配布します。交換品は、入手可能な場合があります。お客様は、交換品の外観についてクレームを提起することはできません。
  1. お客様には、製品のRMA番号、出荷日、追跡番号の通知が届きます。

Zyxelは、独自の判断により、いつでもこの保証ポリシーを解釈、修正、修正する権利を有します。

Zyxel guarantees the product is free from any defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use for the warranty period from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and the complete serial number is required for warranty service. If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, Zyxel will repair or replace the defective parts or products with new or refurbished parts or products that are equivalent or superior to the original.

Zyxel shall bear all expenses for technical repair, including shipping fees to the customer-provided return location within the customer warranty claim, but not shipping fees from the customer to the Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) collection point.

In cases Zyxel replaces the parts or product, the replacement product is covered by the remaining warranty period for the original product. The warranty period does not renew when the product is resold to a second end-user. For out-of-warranty products, Zyxel has sole discretion to handle the RMA product. Zyxel’s warranty only covers the hardware portion during the warranty period under normal usage and the user, who is located in Japan. It does not apply to software, accessories, or customer-induced damages or circumstances.

Procedure to Claim RMA Service: To request RMA service, contact Zyxel representative who will issue a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number.

  1. Use the attached Excel file to fill out the forms. The file will prompt you to insert the required information.
  1. To obtain an RMA number, please send the completed end_user_mode_rma.xls file and proof of the original purchase date to rma@zyxel.jp.
  1. Defective devices should be taken to Zyxel RMA collection point within 1 month from the date that the RMA number becomes effective. The overdue RMA number will be closed automatically by the system. If the RMA service is still required, the customer should re-issue a new RMA number for it.
  1. The RMA unit must be sent with the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Please do not ship anything other than the RMA products. Please remove any accessories, Zyxel shall have no liability for the loss, damage, or destruction of such items.
  1. If the fault cannot be repaired, a replacement will be distributed, subject to availability. The customer shall not make a claim regarding the appearance of the replacement.
  1. The customer will receive a notification of the product RMA number, shipping date, and tracking number.

Zyxel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify, and amend this warranty policy at any time.
