Enabling Seamless WiFi Roaming from Guest Rooms to the Beach

Fame Residence Lara & Spa, a beachfront resort in Antalya's Lara area, wanted guests to stay connected as they moved from their rooms to the elevator, pool, beach, and other areas of the property. Seamless handoffs between access points were therefore a top priority for the project. Working with partner Defline Teknoloji, Zyxel Networks delivered a network designed around this roaming requirement, with device placement carefully planned according to guest movement while balancing performance expectations with the resort's investment budget. The new infrastructure now provides reliable connectivity across indoor and outdoor areas, with access points, switches, and the firewall centrally monitored and managed through the Nebula cloud networking solution.

Key Achievements:

• Reliable wireless service reaching indoor, outdoor, and even the farthest areas of the resort

• Consistent guest connectivity while moving between different coverage zones

• Optimized AP deployment based on actual guest movement

• Simplified IT operations with centralized visibility and configuration through Nebula
