End-of-Life products
The products listed below are no longer available for order and may have limited support. Zyxel provides End-of-Life (EOL) and vulnerability maintenance details for its own-brand products. Through agreements with Internet Service Providers, we guarantee at least five years of software and hardware vulnerability protection from the launch date.

EOL stage definitions
Announcement
We announce a product’s EOL status approximately one year before discontinuation. After the discontinuation date, the product is no longer available for sale.
End of global marketing
On this date, the product will be marked as “End‑of‑Life” on our global website and will only be accessible through in‑site search.
End of service and support
On this date, the product will be removed from our global website and the SP partner portal, and the following support will end:
End of maintenance
The last date for releasing software maintenance updates or bug fixes. After this date, we will no longer develop, repair, or test the product software.
End of vulnerability support
The final date for managing product vulnerabilities in compliance with cybersecurity requirements. The support period is determined based on the product lifecycle, user expectations, product nature, relevant EU regulations, comparable products, operating environment, and third‑party component support. Zyxel reserves the right to extend this support period at its discretion in the event of critical issues.
End of technical support
The final date for technical support. After this date, technical support will no longer be provided.
End of RMA
The last date for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests. After this date, returns, repairs, replacements, reworks, and spare part purchases will no longer be available.
