Technical support engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Handling the Tech issues from customer.
  2. Conducting product related documents, Solution & Marketing base documents.
  3. Conducting the training & education materials. Delivering external training & education.
  4. Supporting Sales & regular marketing events.
  5. Coordinating and participating product development and activities.
  6. Supporting & assisting project on-site debugging & lab testing.
  1. Familiar with TCP/IP, Network Protocols and trouble shooting skills.
  2. With International Certification (in IT & Network & Project Management field) is a plus. (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PMP, ITIL...)
  3. 1 or 2 years or above experience in Network field (Ethernet Switch, Security, Wireless, Home Router, Storage...), above is a plus.
  4. With project management relevant experience is a plus.
  5. With overseas working relevant experience is a plus.
  6. With Pre-Sales working relevant experience is a plus
