Zyxel Saves Russian Municipal Construction Agency From Wild-West WiFi Nightmare

Ever moved offices? It can be a huge headache. First you spend weeks packing and tidying up then get to the new location often to find that facilities there aren’t up to scratch yet. But for the staff of the municipal construction agency in Russia’s Yekaterinburg city, the prospect of a new office was a godsend—a chance to escape their undersized and outdated headquarters, whose ramshackle computer network consisted of haphazardly strewn cables and home routers. Having won the tender process, Zyxel had the chance to make these workers’ wired and wireless dreams come true. Here’s how we did it.

We’re very happy with our choice [of Zyxel]. The performance of the network is excellent and there’s a lot of room to scale up as we grow. I can safely recommend Zyxel solutions to my colleagues.
