Nebula secure tunnelling means you can do it all for customers and users

The new Smart Sync feature which we introduced with the launch of new USG FLEX H series firewalls is really useful for MSPs, as it means that changes made using the local interface will now be replicated in Nebula and vice-versa.

But did you know that you can also apply changes using the local interface through Nebula?

Nebula enables you to create a completely secure point-to-point tunnel between the control panel and installed H series appliances. This means that you can use the local interface on the device as if you were actually there.

This makes Smart Sync even more useful from an MSP or administrator’s perspective. You can apply new functions that are not yet available in Nebula itself, and see those changes replicated in the cloud platform when the new capabilities are eventually migrated to Nebula.

In simplistic terms, it means that you can give customers or users the best of both local control and the Nebula cloud platform without having to duplicate effort or re-key changes made previously using either method.
