Multy App Error Messages
*Make sure you have the latest Multy app version installed. Check the app store for the latest Multy app version.
I see a Please connect to the Internet error message on the Multy app.
This means the Multy app is not connected to the Internet. The Multy app requires Internet connection on your smartphone/tablet to manage the Multy Device.
Make sure your smartphone/tablet has Internet access and restart the Multy app.
I see a Disconnected error message on the Multy app.
This means the Multy Device is not connected to the Internet. The Multy Device must have Internet access to be managed by the Multy app. See Internet Access for the Multy Device Internet access troubleshooting.
