Position Overview:
Are you an outgoing individual who loves talking on the phone? Zyxel Communications is looking for a part-time Sales/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to gain experience in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to gather information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
- Follow up with potential customers via email to provide additional information and support
- Work with the sales team to support their efforts in closing deals
- Assist in basic marketing tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions
- Provide regular reports and updates on the progress of customer engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable making phone calls and talking to new people
- Good communication skills
- Associate’s degree (AA) required; Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Entry-level experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
