Checking Connected Devices Details
Follow the steps below to check the details of current and history client devices that connect/connected to your Multy network. For example, the IP address, MAC address, and the connection status of a client device.
1 Tap Connected Devices or the Parental Control icon (
) of the Multy site to view the connected devices. It shows Unknown if the client device does not have a recognizable host name or when the Multy Device is still fetching the client device information.

2 Tap to select a client device to view the device’s IP address, MAC address, Internet access schedule profile, and the connection status.
