Warsaw’s Primary School No. 323 was tasked with bringing the learning institution serving over 700 young students into accordance with the government’s "Digital School" program. While the school did have the beginnings of the necessary IT facilities in the form of a computer lab and a pair of mobile classrooms equipped with electronic whiteboards and notebook computers, Internet access was only available from the lab and the facilities lacked network connectivity. With the help of local networking company NETENGINE and ZyXEL, the school was outfitted with a ZyXEL USG 110 security gateway, GS1920 smart managed switch and 14 NWA5123-NI access points. The result was a safe and secure e-learning environment for the students.
"The idea was to create a professional digital school where students and staff will be provided with permanent and, more importantly, secure access to the Internet. We have achieved this thanks to the work of our engineers and by providing the highest level of technology imbued in the ZyXEL device. "
