    Inside Sales Representative

    Job Summary
    This key sales and operational position is responsible for the execution of Zyxel’s Sales and SMB VAR business. The successful candidate is able and willing to wear dual hats of sales prospecting and account management in the support and recommendation of Zyxel’s products and services. He or she will be client focused with solid SMB/B2B experience, networking, security and wireless industry knowledge, understanding and passion. Direct experience with VAR’s and distribution is advantageous, with a proven track record of fulfilling deals and delivering high levels of client satisfaction. It is incumbent to bring to the role an entrepreneurial spirit, sense of urgency, team orientation, desire to win, and a strong sense of purpose in supporting our customers business. 

    Key Responsibilities 
    • Focuses on outbound call activity to current list of accounts and potential leads in order to generate sales for all product lines.
    • Achieves revenue objectives by executing pre and post sales execution ensuring the customer gets the right product at the right time with the right level of service.
    • Delivers and executes: sales order management, order fulfillment, product support, product sample distribution, inventory checks, product recommendation, revenue and account tracking and reporting. 
    • Acts as post-sales account interface, providing periodic check-ins, being the point person for account issues, feedback, upsell opportunities, all in close coordination with the sales lead. 
    • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Zyxel, customers, and third parties to achieve high levels of campaign execution, service excellence, and client satisfaction. 
    • Identifies any account issues or friction points, and drive resolution. 
    • Develops opportunities –prospecting, account growth, build proposals. 
    Skills & Qualifications 
    • 3 years of inside VAR sales success, with experience in the networking industry. 
    • Strength and passion in sales and/or account management. 
    • 3 years of experience executing partnerships and sales campaigns. 
    • Highly developed phone skills with experience in a call matrix environment. 
    • Meet and exceed minimum phone activity metrics.
    • Detail orientated and process driven. 
    • Ability to rigorously identify, define, prioritize issues and resolves them by applying creative problem solving. 
    • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools. 
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Computer literate and basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point.
    • Travel requirement will be 10% or less.
