These contracts provide you with priority case escalation to ensure a shorter resolution time.  Note this is service support beyond standard 30 days complimentary support.  Part # for the licenses based on the product class matrix below.

For the customers who need technical support to set up the product with a basic installation and application, please consider extending the 30 days complimentary support to 90 days. You can do so by registering your product at http://www.zyxel.com/us/en/form/product_registration.shtml 

To obtain the complimentary support, customers must register the product within 30 days of purchase. A delay beyond the 30 days in the registration of the product may result in reduced or lost coverage of the complimentary support.
