Job Responsibility
  1. Sell products by introducing, promoting to prospect customers in responsible areas in order to achieve individual sales target.
  2. Develop new territories and keep good relationship with existing customers.
  3. Expand business opportunities by opening new potential customers.
  4. Coordinate with customers to develop proper system refer to customers’ needs.
  5. Prepare reports and other related documents for customers.

Job Responsibility
  1. Develop business relationships, generate, and negotiate business for ZYXEL to an agreed annual qualitative and quantitative target, increasing year by year. Focused on winning the most relevant key players in vertical markets such as Education, Hospitality, Chain Store, Government etc.
  2. Drive team to develop and enable ZYXEL channel partners. Maintain strong relationship with partners at all levels and recruit new resellers.
  3. Create a valid business planning, execute and adjust based on market changes.
  4. Coordinate all the actors in these leads: Partners, distributors, marketing, etc.
  5. Build a strong pipeline management; manage channel sales to develop the sales pipeline, ensuring all sales are kept up to date.
  6. Leadership to lead sales/presales to respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
  7. Possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to ZYXEL are captured and explored.
Qualification
  1. Male / Female, age between 35-40 years, Thai nationality.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Telecom/ Business or related field.
  3. At least 5 years of total experience in the channel management, sales management in IT industry.
  4. Proven leadership of partner recruitment and enablement in IT industry.
  5. Good understanding of Networking applications.
  6. Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and take disciplinary action wherever appropriate.
  7. Good skill in Presentation, Communication, and interpersonal skills with strong sales aptitude.
  8. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment.
  9. Business planning and project management skill.
  10. Good personality, Service-minded, Enthusiastic, Able to be hardworking.
  11. Good command both written and speaking in English.

Job Responsibility
  1. Developing solid, qualified and healthy sales pipeline in the territory through end customers and the partner ecosystem.
  2. Developing partner skills and creating activities and driving pipeline to ensure a healthy run rate. Be responsible for closing bigger opportunities and leverage channel wherever possible for improved efficiency.
  3. Work with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
  4. Regularly engage with partners and customers.
  5. Develop and execute business plans and strategy and contribute to strategic decisions.
  6. Meet and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
  7. Achieving good balance with run-rate and project based business.
  8. Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of ZYXEL’s Security products and services.
  9. Identify and qualify new value added distributors as needed.
  10. Initiate new or revised sales procedures, programs and initiatives as needed.
Qualification
  1. At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience and must have prior channel experience in the UTM/firewall, security solutions realm.
  2. Have extensive prior demonstrable security sales experience; direct and channel, in the networking or security field.
  3. Understand Network Security competitive landscape well.
  4. Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and networking cloud solutions, services highly preferred.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and leadership.
  6. Key account management experience.
  7. Highly motivated with desire for success.
  8. Team player but required to be highly independent at times.
