This is a suspension notice for Zyxel Aurora Cloud Access Camera (CAM3115), along with its dedicated cloud service in 2017. The cloud-based cameras market has evolved rapidly and the Zyxel Aurora Cloud Access Camera (CAM3115) service has diverged from the broader direction that we are moving towards as a company. Due to challenges in integrating new technologies to current version and maintaining successful products that meet users’ expectations, we have made the decision to discontinue the cloud service of Zyxel Aurora Cloud Access Camera (CAM3115) as of December 31st, 2021. Starting on that date, the Zyxel Aurora Cloud Access Camera (CAM3115) will no longer function.
Effective December 31st, 2021, Zyxel Networks will terminate the cloud services supporting applicable Aurora Camera.
Effective July 16th, 2021, the following products have been officially suspended.
