Over the course of several years, John Brown University in the United States has fielded a robotics team for the annual NASA Robotic Mining Competition. Last year's participants, however, were different — all first-timers up against veteran competitors from larger schools.

The convenience offered by Zyxel travel Wi-Fi routers made it easier to optimize their robot's power-to-weight ratio. As a result, one of the smallest teams from the smallest of the 46 competing universities finished as the second-most decorated team.

Zyxel not only helped the team win the competition's Innovation Award, but inspired a future generation of engineering students to soar to new heights.

This is one of the thousands of ways that Zyxel products and services unlock potential all around the world.
