Which payment provider does Zyxel Marketplace use?

Zyxel Marketplace uses Fastspring, a well-established, secure, credit card payment gateway service to process your credit card payment. FastSpring is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry. All credit card payments processed in the FastSpring platform comply with the regulation standards.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Alternate Payment Methods (Giropay, iDEAL, Sofort, WebMoney, and Alipay).

How do I select the correct license(s)?

We always pre-select the best license(s) for you based on your selected devices. If your need additional products, you can click into the pre-selected license and select any of the additional products offered.

How can I get my devices into Zyxel Marketplace?

For those devices are registered under your account and be capable to obtain licenses will be shown on your asset list automatically without doing anything further. If you can’t find your asset, please make sure you are the device owner and the device is a license renewable device. Support model list please refer to here.

What will I receive after the purchase?

You will receive an order receipt after the order is completed. Upon the succesful payment, your license will be activated automactically, an email notice will be sent to you as well. At the same time, your licesne services status on Marketplace My Asset list will be updated accodingly.

Can I find my order history and redownload the invoice?

Yes, login to Zyxel Marketplace and click into Order History, that is what you are looking for.

Can I buy device(s) on Zyxel Marketplace?
