  1. Develop business relationship with partners including distribution partner, SI/VAR partners.
  2. Develop and enable ZYXEL channel partners. Maintain strong relationship with partners at all levels and recruit new resellers.
  3. Manage project pipeline and progress for commercial channel in vertical markets such as Education, Hospitality, ChainStore, Government etc.
  4. Formulate sales & marketing strategy and channel action plan.
  5. Coordinate marketing activities, conduct sales training, event and seminar.
  6. Project pricing and review regular price structure.
  7. Develop promotion program for boosting channel run rate business.
  8. Regular report business status to HQ manager.
Recruiting criterion
  1. Above 3-5 years of total experience in the channel management especially in distribution company for Networking related product Line.
  2. Proven capability of partner recruitment and enablement in IT industry.
  3. Good understanding of Networking applications.
  4. Able to meet tight deadlines, follow up on commitments, and take disciplinary action wherever appropriate.
  5. The perfect candidate is self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  6. Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong sales aptitude.
  7. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment.
  8. Business planning and project management skills.
