The ZyXEL GS-105B 10/100/1000 Mbps desktop switch is designed for reliable high-performance networks with speeds 10 times faster than Fast Ethernet connections. With the non-blocking switching fabric in full-duplex mode, the maximum speed can reach up to 2000 Mbps per port, while the Store-and-Forward service brings low latency and error-free packet delivering. The high-performance Gigabit Ethernet switch is perfect for fulfilling the demands of online gaming and multimedia streaming with the N-way auto-negotiation function.
 
Easy to Connect Multiple Devices
GS-105B is a 5-port desktop switch with plug-and-play capability. With the N-way auto-negotiation function, the GS-105B connects network counterparts with highest possible network speed and activates duplex mode automatically. You can easily connect networked devices such as PCs, network storages and print servers to the home network without any manual configuration.
 
Energy Saving via Link Status and Cable Length Detection
GS-105B also features green solutions that provide power-saving benefits without compromising performance. GS-105B automatically reduces power usage when it detects any shut down network device or inactive link. That is, power consumption of GS-105B adjusts according to the number of active network devices.
The GS-105B can also detect the length of connected Ethernet cables and adjust power usage accordingly. The shorter the Ethernet cable length, the less power it consumes.
