If you believe your product is faulty or you need further assistance, or you were unable to find a solution in the self help options you can contact ZyXEL Customer Support by chat, email or phone.
If you have been in contact with ZyXEL Support and they have established that the product is faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced, we offer our repair service/RMA.
Next Business Day/NBD
For specified products ZyXEL offer a Next Business Day Shipment Service for a replacement device. In addition to standard free of charge service, ZyXEL offers a chargeable NBD Delivery service. To qualify for this service you simply purchase the service license and activate it through the process of registration.
