    Sales Director

    Job Responsibility :

    • Make approach to both prospect customers and key customers as well as expand the market opportunities for the company.
    • Understand the customers’ business requirement, concerned issues in order to develop and sustain customer.
    • Establish professional and good relationships with key personnel of the targeted customers.
    • Achieve target of Order / Sales.
    • Understand, control and manage both internal and external selling / business processes compliance.
    • Coordinate with Pre – Sales Consultants, ERP Consulting, Executives, and Partners.
    • Setting and manage the sales competency of sales team members to coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

    Qualification :

    • Male / Female, age between 35-42 years, Thai nationality.
    • Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Telecom/ Business or related field.
    • At least 8 years of working experiences in IT / ICT Solutions area, Sales and Marketing or related fields.
    • Good skill in Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, Analytical skill.
    • Good personality, Service-minded, Enthusiastic, Able to be hardworking.
    • Good command both written and speaking in English.
    • Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and organization skills.
    • Self – motivated, team player and ability to work under pressure.
