The Zyxel VMG3926-B10A support Vectoring technology that eliminates crosstalk or the interference among different VDSL lines. The Vectoring mechanism significantly increases bit rates to compete with cable/fiber technology and to enhance service reach without changing the current infrastructure – a significant cost saving over Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments, while CAPEX can be optimized by the improved data rates and coverage rate without upgrading the equipment as well.

Multiple WAN for simplified ISP logistics and optimized CAPEX

When customers migrate from ADSL2+ or VDSL2 to PON or LTE, the service providers is not required to invest on new CPE and replace them at customer sites; all they have to do is keeping the Zyxel VMG3926-B10A by unplugging the DSL line and plug the Ethernet cable to Ethernet WAN port. The existing customer VMG3926-B10A can be retained for terminating the IP connection, but now it’s via the Ethernet WAN interface. In most cases, end users can still enjoy the same or better experience from the original comparing to replacing it thanks to the difference of physical connections.
