Een van de belangrijkste doelstellingen van het ZyXEL Education Center is om klanten, resellers, partners, vestigingen en werknemers van ZyXEL te helpen met het ontwikkelen van professionele netwerkvaardigheden. Iedereen die zich in netwerktechnologie wil bekwamen, wordt de mogelijkheid geboden om op flexibele wijze kennis op te doen via het ZyXEL Education Center. Ons doel is niets minder dan het creëren van een online leergemeenschap.
Het ZyXEL Education Center vormt onderdeel van de klantenserviceorganisatie van ZyXEL. De ervaren specialisten die het cursusaanbod hebben ontwikkeld zijn al jarenlang bij ZyXEL in dienst. Zij beschikken over alle benodigde kennis op het gebied van netwerktechnologie in het algemeen, en kennis over de implementatie, configuratie en het gebruik van de oplossingen van ZyXEL in het bijzonder. Het ZyXEL Education Center verzorgt cursussen voor duizenden technici, managers en verkoopprofessionals in meer dan 50 landen. De trainers van ZyXEL vliegen naar deze landen af om klassikale trainingen te verzorgen. Het ZyXEL Education Center stelt daarnaast producten beschikbaar voor praktijkexamens in computerlaboratoria en ontwikkelt platforms voor een zelfstudiesysteem dat 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week beschikbaar is.
De voertaal van de cursussen is engels. Tijdens klassikale trainingen is de voertaal vaak Nederlands, het cursusmateriaal is echter wel engels.

Our systematic e-learning program is held online and subject to your individual learning pace – letting you understand networking concepts from basic to advanced levels.
